Arnie called the meeting to order. Kristi read the Treasury Report and Bev read the Secretary’s Report. Rob made the motion to accept the reports as read, Troy seconded, and the motion passing.
Frontenac Farms had a Snow Drag Day with seven trucks showing up. Fun was had by all that attended with some being pulled due to being stuck or break downs. Pine Bend had a Snow Drag Day with two trucks showing up. Of course, there was some breakage.
There will be a Poker Run on March 26. Kristi had a sign-up sheet for the bus at the meeting. When you sign up for the bus there will be a $10.00 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will go towards the cost of the bus. Remember you may ask your friends to join you.
Rob stated that we have a donated blazer for the Junk yard war between Borderline and Lone Riders. At the April meeting we can talk about what we need to do to the blazer to get it ready. A Challenge game committee has been put together. Our committee members are: Arnie, Kristi, Troy, Tony M. and Cale as our alternate. The committee will also include Lone Riders President Nate and three of their members and one alternate. The committee will meet every 3rd Saturday of the month until the day of the event. Time and place for the meetings will vary between the Farm and Vieth’s.
There was a sign-up sheet for the electrical sites at Frontenac Farm for the Memorial Weekend run. Jane will have the sign-up sheet at the next meeting. After the July 4th weekend all trucks must be off the farm.
Calendars that were donated by Mike and Sheryl were passed out to members. Arnie and Bev put the meeting dates and some of the events for the year on the calendars.
Roadside Clean-up will be tabled until next month. Hopefully, we can set a date for early May.
We have not heard from W4WDA President about the Spring Fling event. I will keep everyone posted as we get more information.
We are looking for a new webmaster for our website.
