Arnie called the meeting and Kristi read the treasury report. The secretary report was read. Rob made the motion to accept both reports and Tim seconded. Motion passed and Arnie asked how the ride at Pine Bend went.
Members stated that it was fun with seven trucks showing up. Bill stopped by to say “Hi” because he could not stay to play. His vehicle had a better idea. Bill was stuck in the driveway and needed to be pulled out by Tony’s dad. After the pull job Tony’s dad got stuck.
There was a snow ride at Roper Farm on March 6. We will hear more about it when we meet in April.
Welcome to Greg Erickson who was voted in as our latest member.
We passed the hat for a donation for the new door at Veith’s bar. The door helps us to have a private area for our meetings.
Bill donated cones for the challenge games between BorderLine and Lone Rider members. This event will happen at the Farm on July 24. Thanks again Bill for donations they are very much appreciated.
Kristi passed around flyers for the Mississippi Shuffle Ride on June 12. Kristi is also asking for people to walk for the Red Wing Mississippi Shuffle. Members interested can contact her.
Tony says he will post a Spring Clean-up on our forum, so please watch for it. There will be a Spring Clean-up at the Farm also. We will try to contact all members on both these events.
Rob stated there will be a walk thru clean-up with marking of possible new trails Saturday March 27, 2010 around noon. If it is raining on Saturday the clean-up will be canceled. Rob says to bring saws and wear hiking boots along with your own refreshments.
