Arnie called the meeting to order and Bev read the Treasury and Secretary Reports. The reports were accepted as read by the members.
On the June 26th ride there was about 10 trucks and fun for all participants. As for the July 4th weekend there was lots of breakage. This carnage included Megan’s truck, thanks to Salty and Beer Garden.
Under Old business the Challenge Games were discussed. The Challenges will be timed and each club will have the same number of trucks per event. Registration will start at 11 AM with a driver meeting following at 11:30. At the meeting all rules and regulations will be discussed. The cost for this event will be $20 for the farm and $5 for each truck who participants in the event. If you wish to participate, please be on time.
Troy made a motion that the club pays for ½ the cost of a tree in memory of John Vieth’s sister. Rob seconded the motion and it passed.
A reminder to everyone – there should be NO mudding pictures on the internet including Facebook and My Space. Please ask your guests not to post any pictures on the internet, also.
Troy made a motion to close the meeting and Corey seconded.
Remember to keep the wheels rolling safely at all times.
