BorderLine January 2012 Meeting
Arnie called the meeting to order on January 6th, 2012. Kristi read the Treasury report and Bev discussed the informational meeting held in December. Jared made the motion to accept the reports as read and Kim seconded the motion. The motion passed.
Frontenac Farms has decided the every third weekend of the month will be a Clean-up weekend. This will start this month – January 21, 2012. Please bring your tools and help to clean the trails as often as you can. Clean-up is scheduled to start anytime after 9am. Remember to pay for your winter storage at Frontenac farm if you have not done so.
Our Christmas Party is being hosted by Jared and Breazi on January 14, 2012. There will be a $10 Chinese gift exchange, valve cover races and possibly RC truck pulls. Please bring a dish to pass and BYOB. Breazi says the fun will begin at 6:30pm. You can call Jared or Arnie for directions if you need them.
W4WDA will be holding a conference on January 14, 2012. Arnie and Bev will be attending this conference. Tony made the motion to give them $200 for attending this conference and the one in April and October. The motion was seconded by Jared and was passed.
Nominations and voting for President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Delegates took place. The results are:

Kim has looked into getting us a banner. The price tag for a 3 X 5 banner with our logo on it is $90. We discussed getting hats, shirts, and stickers. We tabled these items for next month’s agenda so more information and prices can be brought in to discuss.
Lone Riders are doing a benefit called Shits and Giggles for the Hope Coalition on February 11 at Frontenac Farms. Please bring a package of diapers to donate for this benefit. Call Rob and Nate for more information.
Please let Arnie, Breazi or myself know if you are planning to remain in the club because we do have a waiting list. Dues are due now.
